I bought the Hippo Club on another phone

Open Menu → Hippo Club → Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID.

The next hippo takes a long time

Hippos take their time, especially the old ones. Tap Call now to watch a short ad and bring the next one at once, or join the Hippo Club and call them with no ad. With reminders on, your phone tells you when someone arrives.

No ad buttons are showing

Ad buttons only appear when an ad is ready. Check your internet connection and give it a minute. If you said no to personalised ads, ads still play; they are just not personalised.

Changing my ad consent

Menu → Ad privacy choices (shown where the law asks for it), and iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Starting over

Menu → Start again from Pip. Your Hippo Club and wardrobe stay yours.
